Pickens County resident, Jeff Catton, CEO/President of American Roots Records and InTune Entertainment announces the new single release of “Nothin’ Wrong” to country radio by the Adam Craig Band (http://www.adamcraigband.com). This song is one of six newly recorded songs available on the self titled EP now available on CD Baby & iTunes.
This past summer, the Adam Craig Band (formerly known as TelluRide) recently went through a band name change due to 2 lawsuits over the name. They also spent many long hours at Sony Studios in Nashville with their new producer, Josh Leo. Completing these six songs and now getting back on the road to visit radio stations with a heavy live performance schedule is something this band knows well. Their 1st CD in 2009, “4 Square Miles”, released under the band name TelluRide, took them on a 9 month tour with 230 shows and radio visits in 44 states.
Alright everybody, time for a new blog! We’ve been busy over the summer writing and finally recording some new music. We’ve got a new producer and a new CD coming out and we’re visiting radio stations around the country again. Our new single comes out this week – the song is called “Nothin’ Wrong”. We’re so pumped about this new single! This is the best our music has ever sounded and we love the song. It’s a song for all the people from small towns. The song talks about bigger neighboring towns always telling small town people their little town has so much wrong with it, we say right back….We ain’t got nothing’ wrong!!!
We’ll be wearing out the road again promoting this new single and we’ve already had a couple really cool shows. One was with Chris Young in Milwaukee and the other was with our good buddy Josh Thompson. In fact, Adam, Josh and another friend Michael Howard, co-wrote a song on Jason Aldean’s new record. When we opened for Josh Thompson at the Majestic Theater in Madison, WI, Josh came out in our set and sang the song “Church Pews and Bar Stools” with the band. It was a killer night!!!
Most of our road time for the next 6 months will be early early early mornings on radio and late late late nights playing wherever we can. We head out to the west coast next and we are headlining a show at the Hard Rock Café in Downtown Seattle. Yeah buddy!! We’ll also be playing Saturday in Olympia, WA at a cool venue we love to play called the 4th Ave. Tavern.
Hope everybody had a great summer and fall so far and we can’t wait to get back on the road and play for everybody our new music. Our twitter and face book are always going so please, send comments and pictures whenever you can!
